  • Force Portrait Viewer – Analyze running data visually.
  • Session Notes – Record observations and pain points.

Performance Scores help track your running progress over time. Key metrics include:

  • Efficiency
  • Variation
  • Impact
  • Sway
  • Braking
  • Endurance
  • Warmup

Additionally, you can view the phases of your gait cycle for deeper insights.

Injury Diagnostics
