How it works
The personalized exercise program is built upon an assessment of eight key metrics for the runner:
- Impact
- Braking
- Sway
- Cadence
- Flight Time
- Contact Time
- Hip Mobility
- Hip Stability
Metric-Based Exercise Levels
Exercises are organized into three difficulty levels based on the score for each metric (where a score of 100 is the highest/best):
- Level 1 | 0 - 33 | Foundational
- Level 2 | 34 - 66 Intermediate
- Level 3 | 67 - 100 | Advanced
Program Presentation
Each level has a library of 3-5 possible exercises.
Customization and Evolution
Pain Point Integration
The program is further customized by incorporating exercises targeted to the runner's self-reported pain points, ensuring the plan addresses immediate needs in addition to objective metric scores.
Program Evolution
Runners should be aware that their exercise plan is dynamic and will evolve with their performance.
- As the runner completes the program, the goal is for their metrics to improve, which will trigger a readjustment to higher-level exercises.
- Conversely, if a runner's metrics decline, the program will readjust to accommodate their current lower level.
