- Confirm sensor is connected.
- Check permissions. You must allow location and Bluetooth. You can check this on the privacy settings.
- Start a short test run (30–60s) and save.
- Sync/refresh any runs that may not be downloaded from your sensor.
- Sign out/in (if supported).
