Run Settings

Run type

Session types use different intervals between recordings to measure your running performance. For the time being, preset session intervals have been removed.

You can modify the intervals if needed in the session settings window at the bottom of the screen.

Choose the run type that best matches what you’re about to do.

Run

Choose this setting when running. This will be the default setting and should account for most sessions.

Walk

Choose this setting when walking.

Sprint

Choose this setting when performing a single high intensity interval.

Live

Choose this setting when you would like to have the sensor record in real time, and not use spaced time snapshots of your motion.

Terrain Type

Terrain type controls the sensor's recording sensitivity and can influence how the data is processed after your running session.

Track

A uniform, consistent training surface.

Treadmill

A continuous belt, that allows one to walk or run in place

Road

A predictable smooth, hard surface such as asphalt or concrete

Trail

An uneven running terrain with variations in elevation and surface types.

Session Time Settings

The time settings help calibrate the sensor to the specific type of session you will record. Using the default settings should account for most session types.

Estimated Time

Set how long you plan to run for.

Start Delay

This sets the time before recording begins.
